Windows XP Explorer The left side menu bar that appears when u browse. Its quiet irritating. loat of space is lost. you hardly used it. 

This is how you do it. 


Open the folder in Explorer

Tools -> Folder Options

In the general Tab

Tasks -> Select the "Use windows classic folders"

click on OK

you are done. the bar on the left side on explorer will be gone.
